How do I connect my sounddeck to my television?

Televisions can be connected with an HDMI-ARC cable (recommended), optical digital cable (TOS-LINK) or RCA cable. The sounddeck was pre-configured for the HDMI-ARC connection. Therefore, if your TV offers an HDMI-ARC connection, it’s best to connect both devices with a compatible HDMI cable. This is all the two devices will need in order to communicate with each other. If you plan to connect the Sounddeck with an optical digital or RCA cable, you’ll need to adjust the settings.

In order to change the type of connection, open the devil Raumfeld app and open the “Room configuration“ option (under Settings/room configuration/room name/device) and change the type of connection to „TV input” in the drop-down menu.
