How can I recognize the version of the CINEBAR 11 for Dolby Atmos?
The current generation of CINEBAR 11 (available since April 2025) supports Dolby Atmos. There is a Dolby Atmos logo on the back of the soundbar.
I can't hear surround sound or Dolby Atmos sound from above when playing music. What could be the reason for this?
Possible cause: Sound settings not correct. Check the settings in the "Sound" menu
Available options for Virtualization: On, Off
Possible surround settings: On, Off, Upmix (converts stereo to surround sound)
Available options for Upmix Surround:
Dolby - Dolby Stereo Expansion
Direct - stereo on all channels
Off - pure stereo sound
Note: With a pure stereo signal, the rear speakers remain silent in a 4.1 setup.
