Got everything set up, connected, and moving but still can't hear anything from your speakers? Then your first step is to follow this checklist:
- Check the power cables again. Are they all plugged in properly? Is one of them possibly loose? Is your device turned on?
- Check if the source (Bluetooth, AUX, HDMI, etc.) has been setup.
- Is the device on mute? Press the mute button on the remote control.
- Turn the volume knob. Playback may be too quiet.

- Make sure the connected devices support the audio format of the files. You can find more information about file support in the user's manual.
- Is your set connected with HDMI? Then check our No sound from HDMI article
