Information about your delivery and the products you ordered can be found in the Service Portal.
Here you can not only access the user manuals for your ordered items, but also track the shipment and – if something doesn’t fit – easily return your order.
You can find the portal here. Feel free to change the language in the bottom left if necessary.
Instructions
Simply enter your order number (1) (starts with 3…, also found in the order confirmation email) and postal code (zip code) (2) and click on "Open Order" (3)
This will take you directly to your order (1):
Here you can request a copy of the invoice, track the shipment, or get help with delivery questions (3). If you need help with the product (5), the user manual (6), or the quick start guide (7) for your product, you will find the appropriate links here.
If you are not satisfied in the end and want to return goods you have already received, you can also do that here (4).
Initiate an investigation
Clicking number 3 will take you to devil's tracking system. There you can also easily initiate an investigation if your shipment has not moved for more than 7 days (for shipments within Germany) or 21 days (bulky goods and/or for international shipments) or if you have not received your shipment (although according to tracking it was delivered).

Request a copy of the invoice
Click on "Request invoice copy" (2). You will then receive feedback. Further information can be found here.
Link orders
If you have ordered from us several times, you can display all these orders together. Simply log in on the portal homepage with your email address:
You will then receive a one-time login link by email and can add your various orders to this email address.
The next time you log in with your email address (for which you will receive another email), all linked orders will be visible.
