What can I do if there are connection drops in Microsoft Teams?

To resolve connection drops when using the SUPREME ON with Microsoft Teams, please update the headphone firmware via the devil Go App for Android devices*.

Instructions:

devil Go App on an Android device*.
Start the app and follow the instructions to connect the SUPREME ON headphones.
Once connected, tap the selection menu (gear icon) at the top right.
Now tap the menu entry "Software Version" and then "Install" to start the update.
Please note that the update may take up to ten minutes. Keep the headphones turned on and near your smartphone during the process.

*Note: The SUPREME ON firmware update can only be performed via Android devices.

Is there an app for the SUPREME ON?

Yes, the SUPREME ON is compatible with the devil Go App. The app is available for both Android and iOS (from iOS 17). Go to the information page for the devil Go App including download links.

What can I do if the SUPREME ON can no longer connect to my mobile device?

The following checklist can help to (re-)establish the Bluetooth connection:

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that no other device is currently paired. Try turning the Bluetooth function on your mobile device off and on again.
Try connecting a different mobile device as a test.
If you previously used your headphones via cable, unplug the cable. Reason: As soon as the headphones are connected via the 3.5 mm jack, the Bluetooth function is automatically disabled.
Delete the entry “devil SUPREME ON” from the list of saved Bluetooth devices on the
mobile device and pair again.
Make sure the mobile device and headphones are close to each other and both in pairing mode. The pairing mode of the headphones is activated when (while turned on) the ON/OFF button is pressed twice briefly.
Delete the pairing list on the headphones and reconnect.

How can I listen to music wirelessly and simultaneously on two devil SUPREME ON headphones?

The devil SUPREME ON features ShareMe and can wirelessly share music with two devil SUPREME ON headphones at the same time.

Establish a Bluetooth connection on the first pair of headphones.
Start music playback on the first pair of headphones.
On the first pair of headphones, press and hold the power button (2) and the control button (7) at the same time for 2 seconds. The LED (3) will blink quickly in purple, and the headphones will emit an audio signal. The first headphones are now ready to connect to the second pair.
Turn on the second pair of headphones and then press and hold the power button (2) and the control button (7) at the same time for 2 seconds. The LED (3) will blink quickly in purple, and the headphones will emit an audio signal. Note: Make sure that music is paused on the second headphones if they are already connected to a mobile device.
When the two headphones are successfully connected, both will emit an audio signal and the LED (3) will light up purple for 2 seconds. The music from the first headphones will then be shared with the second pair. Playback can be controlled from both headphones.
To end shared music playback, press and hold the power button (2) and the control button (7) at the same time for 2 seconds on either pair of headphones. Both headphones will emit an audio signal when shared playback is ended.
