How can I tell which version of the MOTIV® GO I have?

Can a voice assistant (Siri/Google Assistant) be used with the MOTIV® GO?
The MOTIV® GO supports the voice assistants Siri and Google Assistant in conjunction with a smartphone. If a voice assistant is activated on the smartphone and there is a Bluetooth connection to the MOTIV® GO, the assistant can be started by pressing the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds. The microphone on the device now accepts your voice command and transmits it to the smartphone.
The MOTIV® GO VOICE also offers Google Assistant directly integrated.
Is the MOTIV® GO protected against water?
The MOTIV® GO offers IPX5 certified protection against water jets.

How do I establish a Bluetooth connection with the MOTIV® GO?
- Activate the Bluetooth ® function on your player (e.g. smartphone).
- Press the button (13) and hold it down for approx. 4-5 seconds. You will hear a connection tone and the Bluetooth ® LED (14) will flash blue.
- Let your player/smartphone search for Bluetooth® devices. You can find more information on this in the operating instructions for your player.
- Select "devil MOTIV GO" from the list of devices found. When pairing is complete, the Bluetooth ® LED (14) lights up permanently. Your MOTIV® GO is now working as a Bluetooth ® playback device. Music that would otherwise be played by your player/smartphone will now be played by the MOTIV® GO.
How do I clear the Bluetooth list of the MOTIV® GO?
If you press the button (13) for 10 seconds, you will clear all stored Bluetooth® pairings.
The MOTIV® GO battery is not charging
If the MOTIV® GO battery is not charging, please check that the power adapter is connected correctly.
The power supply unit (2) must be connected to the top socket (16).
If the battery does not charge despite being correctly connected, this may be due to a fault in the connection socket and/or the power supply unit. Please contact our support team.
