Prerequisite:
You have reported a defect to us and we have arranged a replacement. Then you packed your device securely and sent it to our warehouse using the return label we provided.
What happens next?
- The contracted shipping company delivers the goods to our warehouse.
- Once your defective device has arrived at our warehouse according to the shipping company's tracking, it will be recorded and inspected as soon as possible.
- You will receive a separate confirmation of receipt by email.
- After this initial check, we will ship a new device within 1-2 days, provided it is in stock.
- From the time of shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. This allows you to use the devil tracking.
