Why is there the devil Home App?
The devil Home App was developed to configure devices of the devil Home series (MOTIV® XL, MOTIV®HOME, STEREO M 2, STEREO L 2) for use in the home WLAN, to make advanced sound adjustments, or to perform firmware updates.
Compatibility of the devil Raumfeld App with the new streaming series devil Home is not possible for technical reasons.
Do I need the devil Home App if I already use the devil Raumfeld App?
Streaming speakers of the new devil Home series can only be configured for WLAN use via the devil Home App. If you want to use a devil Home speaker, the devil Home App is therefore required for setup/management. The devil Raumfeld App remains available for all devil Raumfeld devices.
