Cancellation:

- In case of a cancellation, if you have already paid, you will receive the money back via the original payment method within 3 business days.
Return:
- You can find information about returns here.
- After you have initiated the return through our service portal or with our customer service, you will receive all information on how to send the goods back to us.
- After the goods have been received by us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the goods. Then the returned goods will be inspected.
- You will also receive confirmation of your credit via email - after the inspection of the goods is completed. This process can take up to 10 business days.
We refund your money via the original payment method you used:
- Credit card payment:
The credit will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. - PayPal payment:
The credit will be applied to the PayPal account used for the purchase. - Prepayment/Bank transfer payment:
Please provide us with your IBAN and BIC when you register the return with us. - Amazon Pay payment:
The credit will be applied to your Amazon account. - Invoice purchase:
For invoice purchases and payments already made, the refund will be processed through the contract partner UNZER.
