Before the delivery, you have received an e-mail from the forwarding agent. All contact details of the responsible forwarder are stored there. The forwarder will arrange a delivery date with you.

If in individual cases there are postponements or cancellations, the forwarder will contact you.

The forwarding agency did not contact you and did not show up? Then please contact the forwarding agency - preferably by telephone. You will find the contact details in the e-mail to make an appointment.
