Scenario 1: Shipping company claims package was delivered, but you never received it.

In this case, we require a legally binding statement from you, which you can fill out and sign online.

1) Select the relevant tracking number in the menu

2) Enter your email address

3) Describe all the details for your legally binding statement

4) Upload any relevant photos or documents

5) The legally binding statement will automatically be completed with your details and the text from step three

6) Provide a digital signature

7) Select whether you'd like to receive another product or a refund

8) Text box for additional information

9) When all required fields are filled out, your loss report will be sent

10) You receive a confirmation that your loss report was sent to devil

Scenario 2: Your shipment hasn't moved for more than 7 days
 

1) Select the relevant tracking number in the menu

2) Enter your email address

3) Describe all the details for your legally binding statement

4) Upload any relevant photos or documents

5) Select whether you'd like to receive another product or a refund

6) Text box for additional information

7) When all required fields are filled out, your loss report will be sent
