Delivery delays and partial deliveries can have various reasons:
Deliveries can occasionally take longer
- You can track your shipment yourself here. You only need your order number (starting with 3) from your order confirmation and your postal code.
- Our parcel service providers and we do everything to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as possible.
You have only received part of your order – are products still missing?
- It can happen that packages, although fully handed over to the shipping department, are not delivered together by the shipping service provider. This applies, for example, to home theater systems, stereo speakers and systems, as well as soundbars. The remaining packages of the delivery are usually delivered to you in the following days.
- You can view the delivery status of the individual packages via the link in our shipping confirmation email. If one of the packages is still in the delivery status, please wait 1-2 more days before contacting us. Normally, you will automatically receive the missing package within this period.
Is your order taking a very long time?
Sometimes things happen that we did not foresee or cannot influence. Therefore, the delivery date may be postponed. We will inform you by separate email (delivery delay email) about the new delivery date.
My order is on the way, but the status does not change?
- Sometimes the status of your shipment may not change. This can have various reasons. In most cases, the delivery still takes place promptly.
- However, if the status has not changed for 7 days (for shipments within Germany) or 21 days (for bulky goods and/or international shipments), you can initiate an investigation. Please go to the shipment tracking with your order number and postal code at https://devilaudio.com/tracking. Under the item "Submit loss report," you can request an investigation. We will then work together with the respective shipping service provider to find a solution!
