Over-ear headphones: because only the music counts

Unlike true wireless headphones or in-ear headphones, over-ear headphones or on-ear headphones are larger and also have a headband. The ear pads of over-ear headphones sit completely on the ear and enclose it completely. This creates a rich sound and better external sound insulation, as the earphones form a separate sound chamber on the ear. The audio signals can therefore be heard more clearly and without interference. In addition, the comfortable ear pads offer a firm fit with good wearing comfort and even without active noise suppression, external noise is barely perceived.

The over-ear Bluetooth headphones in our REAL series can be conveniently operated via a touch control on the side of the earphones. There's power in silence: headphones with active noise canceling (ANC)

Our closed over-ear headphones REAL BLUE NC, REAL BLUE PRO and the REAL BLUE TWS2 offer active noise canceling in addition to Bluetooth, which is particularly effective at almost completely eliminating external noise such as from engines, trains and planes. Microphones built into the headphones pick up ambient noise. This ambient noise is then further processed by the headphone electronics and the implemented microchips, whereupon an anti-noise is generated. This additionally generated anti-noise corresponds exactly to the tones and frequencies of the ambient noise, but in the opposite phase length. The ambient sound is thus simply eliminated by an anti-noise. Hence the term “active noise canceling”, as the unwanted ambient noise, i.e. the noise, is actively eliminated. With this combination, you can listen to music anywhere, completely wirelessly and without interference.

The REAL BLUE NC and REAL BLUE PRO also impress with their extremely high wearing comfort and closed design. The large linear HD drivers with ventilated rear chamber and neodymium magnets enable precise sound and strong sound with powerful bass and low distortion, even at high levels. The integrated speakerphone and smart touch controls give you full control over your calls or music and the powerful lithium-ion battery provides over 44 hours of battery life with Bluetooth and ANC activated. Another advantage is the integrated mini-jack connection (3.5 mm), which allows you to use these over-ear headphones with a cable and without a battery. Charging itself can be done quickly via USB cable. However, noise canceling or active noise suppression can only be used with a battery.
