My combo system randomly or constantly shows "NO DISK" in the display during CD operation, although a CD has been inserted.

One possible cause: the CD is not suitable

Suitable CDs are the following:

- Commercially available CDs with the official CD logo can
also be read if they contain MP3 files.
- Usable are normal CDs with 80 and 120 mm diameter.
- Self-burned CDs (CDR, CDRW) are usually readable, but problems can occur here due to too high burning speed or "bad" blanks.
- CDs produced for commercial use are not always readable.
