- Even if you have only received a part of your order, please wait – the rest is coming.

Does your order consist of multiple parts/packages, but you have only received part of the delivery?
It can happen that packages, although completely handed over to the shipping department, are not delivered together by the shipping service provider. This applies, for example, to home theater systems, stereo speakers and systems, as well as soundbars. The remaining packages of the delivery are usually delivered to you in the following days.
You can view the delivery status of the individual packages via the link in our shipping confirmation email. If one of the packages is still in the delivery status, please wait 1-2 more days before contacting us. Normally, you will receive the missing packages within this period.
If your shipment has not moved for more than 7 days (for shipments within Germany) or 21 days (bulky goods and/or for international shipments), please initiate an investigation. We explain how this works here.

According to the parcel service provider, your shipment was delivered, but you have not received it?
First, use the tracking to find out where your package was delivered.
Maybe a neighbor accepted the shipment or your shipment was delivered to a post office. Did you give a delivery authorization (for example, garage)?
