What is included in the package?

The AIRY TWS PRO headphones cannot (any longer) connect to the mobile device?
The following checklist can help to (re)establish the Bluetooth connection:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that no other device is currently paired. Try turning the Bluetooth function on your mobile device off and on again.
- Delete the entry "devil AIRY TWS PRO" from the list of remembered Bluetooth devices on the
mobile device and pair again. - Make sure the mobile device and headphones are close to each other and that both are in pairing mode. The headphones enter pairing mode when you press the charging case button for 1.5 seconds.
- Try connecting another mobile device as a test.
How do I delete the device list (Bluetooth list)?
To delete the Bluetooth device list, place the earbuds in the charging case and hold the charging case button for 4 seconds.
Is there an app for the AIRY TWS PRO?
Yes, the AIRY TWS PRO is compatible with the devil Go app. The app is available for both Android and iOS (iOS 17 and higher)
