Spotify Lossless - Which devil Devices Are Compatible?

If you use Spotify Premium, you now have the option to stream your favorite music in FLAC (CD-like audio quality with a resolution of up to 24 bit/44.1 kHz).

Using Spotify Lossless with devil speakers

You have two options to use Spotify Lossless with devil speakers:

1. Connect your device to your speaker using a cable

Requirement: Spotify Premium and the latest Spotify version, Spotify app on smartphone, tablet, or PC/laptop, ability to establish a wired connection

Here's how:

1. Set Lossless as the audio streaming quality in the Spotify app.
2. Connect your device (smartphone, tablet, or PC/laptop) to the speakers via cable. You can use a USB-C/AUX cable, Connection cable 3.5 mm jack 1,5 m, or, if your device supports it, connect a soundbar or active speaker using an HDMI cable.
   Note: The quality depends heavily on software and hardware (e.g., Windows audio processing, sound card, integrated DAC).

2. Use Spotify Connect with Wi-Fi

Requirement: Spotify Premium, Spotify app on smartphone, tablet, or PC/laptop, devices compatible with Lossless

Devices from the devil Streaming / Raumfeld series do not support Spotify Lossless. In this case, you can stream your music using Line In.

Here's how:

1. Set Lossless as the audio streaming quality in the Spotify app.
2. Connect your speaker via Spotify Connect
3. Check the audio streaming quality set for the selected speaker/device. You may need to change the settings in the device settings while connected to your speaker/device via Spotify Connect.
