How do I pair the USB adapter and the CAGE PRO headset?
The following must be performed only for first usage.
1. Stick the included USB adapter into an empty USB-A port in your gaming hardware (PC/Mac/Playstation)
2. Press and hold the button for wireless pairing on the end of the UsB adapter for approximately 8 seconds until the dongle status LED light blinks violet.
3. Then flip the toggle switch on the headset's right ear cup into Gaming Mode.
4. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset for approximately 8 seconds until the status LED on it also blinks violet.
5. Adapter and headset will pair automatically. If pairing is successful, the LEDs will light up violet for approximately 3 seconds. This process is only required on the first use.
How do I connect the CAGE PRO via Bluetooth?
- Set the slider on the right ear cup to "Bluetooth" mode.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your electronic device.
- Turn on the headphones by pressing the power button.
- To pair, press the power button twice. If it lights up blue for 3 seconds and then goes out, this means the Bluetooth pairing was successful.
The CAGE Pro cannot be connected (anymore). What can I do?
For Bluetooth connections to a mobile device:
- Make sure the slider on the right ear cup is set to "Bluetooth" mode
- Make sure your mobile device supports Bluetooth technology.
- On the mobile device: Turn the Bluetooth function off and on again.
- Delete the devil CAGE PRO headphones from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. Reconnect them.
- Move your mobile device closer to the headphones and remove any interference or obstacles between them.
- Connect a different mobile device.
- Clear the pairing list of the CAGE Pro and reconnect it.
For wireless connections to the USB dongle:
- Make sure the slider on the right ear cup is set to "Gaming" mode
- Check the USB dongle is properly seated. If necessary, try a different port on your PC.
- Remove any interference or obstacles between the PC or USB dongle and the CAGE PRO
- Restart your PC and your CAGE PRO
- If you are using a different Cage Pro (e.g. after a replacement), it is essential to uninstall the previously used Audio Center (with the Cage Pro unplugged) and reinstall it (with the Cage Pro plugged in).
How do I clear the device list (Bluetooth list)?
To clear the list of Bluetooth devices, hold the power button for 8 seconds while the device is OFF.
You can also reset the CAGE PRO to factory settings: To do so, hold the power button and the multifunction button simultaneously for 4 seconds. If successful, the LEDs will blink alternately red and blue.

Yes, this works. Only the two multicolor LED arrays will no longer light up.
