Where can I find spare parts and accessories?

You can find suitable accessories here. In the webshop, you can also purchase the CAGE ear cushions. If you need a special cable that you cannot find in the webshop, please contact us.

How can I listen to virtual surround sound on the CAGE / CAGE (2019)?

Playback of virtual multichannel audio formats (surround sound) on the CAGE requires a special app, the devil Audio Center (TAC). This app is only available for Windows PC.  Here you can find more information about the devil Audio Center (TAC):

How can I use CAGE / CAGE (2019) on an XBOX or PlayStation?

You can connect the CAGE / CAGE (2019) to the Xbox or PlayStation using the jack cable. 

Tip: However, you can also connect the USB cable to light up the CAGE (side devil logo).

The Sony PlayStation 4 / 4 Pro / 5 recognizes the CAGE as a headset when connected via USB. This way, the CAGE/CAGE (2019) can also be used without the jack cable. 

Note: The volume control on the CAGE does not work on the console. You adjust the volume either in the console menu or with an additional adapter (e.g., stereo headset adapter).

However, the audio output is only in stereo and not 5.1 or 7.1 sound. Transmission of 7.1 audio via USB audio is only possible on PC/laptop.

Should I connect the CAGE & CAGE (2019) via USB or jack cable?

USB: The driver is used via USB - thus virtual surround sound (5.1 or 7.1) is also played back.  Therefore, we recommend connecting the CAGE/CAGE (2019) to your PC via USB. On some gaming consoles, the CAGE is also recognized via USB.

Jack: The CAGE has a 3.5 mm jack input. This allows you to connect it to your gaming console, smartphone/tablet, or playback devices with a jack output. Here, the output is exclusively in stereo.

Does the CAGE/CAGE (2019) block out ambient noise?

The CAGE has ear cushions with an over-ear design that dampens ambient noise. However, the CAGE does not have noise-cancelling technology that actively filters out ambient noise.
