How can I tell if I have the REAL BLUE TWS 2 or REAL BLUE TWS 3 model?
Check the number of LEDs on the front of the charging case:
- 4 LEDs = REAL BLUE TWS 3 charging case (left in the picture)
- 3 LEDs = REAL BLUE TWS 2 charging case

In our webshop you can find, among other things, silicone ear adapters, earphones, or even the individual charging case for your REAL BLUE TWS/ TWS 2/ TWS.
The REAL BLUE TWS 2 / TWS 3 headphones will not charge
- Make sure the headphones are properly inserted into the charging case.
- Make sure the battery of the charging case is not empty.
- Check if there is dirt or deposits on the charging contacts in the case
or on the headphones. - If your headphones were exposed to high or low temperatures, let them adjust to
room temperature and then try charging them again.
The battery of the REAL BLUE TWS 2 / TWS 3 charging case will not charge
- Check the battery level of the case by opening it. If needed, charge the case with the supplied USB-C cable.
- Make sure both ends of the USB cable are properly and securely plugged in.
- If your charger was exposed to high or low temperatures, let it adjust to
room temperature and then try charging it again.
The REAL BLUE TWS 2 / TWS 3 headphones do not turn on automatically
- If the battery level is too low, first place the headphones in the charging case to start charging.
- Make sure the headphones are not in standby mode, and if necessary, wake them up by tapping the multifunction areas.
The REAL BLUE TWS 2 / TWS 3 headphones will not connect to the mobile device
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- On the mobile device: turn Bluetooth off and on again.
- Delete the devil headphones from the Bluetooth list on your
mobile device and reconnect them. - Bring your mobile device closer to the headphones and away from interference or obstacles.
- Try connecting another mobile device as a test.
- Delete the Bluetooth or pairing list of the headphones and reconnect them.
How do I delete the Bluetooth device list?
- To delete the BT device list, place the headphones in the charging case and press 5 times on the L- and
R-multifunction areas.
