To update the Real Blue Pro headphones using the Android from versions 2.4.0 to 2.5.0, please make sure that all authorizations for the app, especially the message authorization, are activated.
If the update does not work for you or the permissions have not been granted, it could look like this in the app - the installation button is grayed out::
The devil Go app does not appear to request permission for messages during installation on Android 14, so please proceed as follows:
- Open the settings on your device.
- Tap on Notifications, then on App notifications.
- Activate the notification dot on or next to the app icon (devil Go APP).
Once you have changed this setting, you can install the update.
