Why doesn't my ROCKSTER seem to be working?
- Check the power supply:
- What is the charge level of the battery? If it is almost empty, connect your ROCKSTER to a mains socket immediately.
- Is your ROCKSTER switched off or without power?
- Check the power cable and the socket.
- If everything is OK with the battery, mains cable and socket, but the ROCKSTER still remains switched off, then check the mains fuse:
Fig. 1: Remove the mains cable. Carefully pull out the fuse switch on the mains connection socket.
Fig. 2: Push out the old fuse downwards. A replacement fuse is located in the removed compartment and is inserted and the holder is pushed back.
- Check the volume:
- As a test, increase the volume with the MAIN VOLUME control on the rear panel and the mixer (on the top panel) with the VOLUME controls for channel 1 and VOLUME for channel 2.
- If your source device is connected via Line In, then carefully increase the volume on this device.
- Check the Bluetooth connection
- Is the ROCKSTER selected as the output device on your source device/smartphone/player? Have you selected the correct connection, i.e. the channel used? If you want to play your music via Bluetooth® on Channel 1, select" ROCKSTER-1", for Channel 2 select "ROCKSTER-2" as the output device.
- Is the Bluetooth® connection disturbed? Other wireless systems (e.g. cordless phone or microphone, Wi-Fi), but also crowds of people can interfere with the connection. Place the ROCKSTER and/or source device in a different location for testing purposes.
- Check the INPUT:
- If no sound comes out of the ROCKSTER even though all the controls on the mixing console are set correctly, it may still be because the Input Select switch is set to Master IN. In single mode, this should be set to Channel 1/2
- If no sound comes out of the ROCKSTER even though all the controls on the mixing console are set correctly, it may still be because the Input Select switch is set to Master IN. In single mode, this should be set to Channel 1/2
